Christine Friday

Christine brings over 15 years of experience across global corporate recruiting, economic development, and workforce strategy. 


Her career spans corporate talent acquisition, employer advisory, and community-based workforce initiatives, providing a comprehensive perspective on both organizational hiring needs and workforce readiness.


She has partnered with organizations ranging from early-stage technology companies to global enterprises, recruiting and hiring talent across IT, engineering, legal, finance, operations, manufacturing, and executive leadership functions. 


In parallel with her corporate experience, Christine has played an active role in regional economic and workforce development efforts. She has partnered with career centers, adult education providers, community colleges, workforce boards, chambers of commerce, and community-based organizations to design and implement employer-aligned job readiness, employability training and job placement support. 


Christine’s mission is to support companies, workforce partners, and candidates with professionalism, expertise and a deep commitment to delivering thoughtful, high-quality solutions that create a lasting impact. 

Karen Hutton

Karen is a resume, LinkedIn expert, and interview coach who helps professionals clearly present their experience in ways employers recognize, understand, and respond to. 


Her work focuses on how resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and interview responses are reviewed by recruiters and hiring managers. Karen specializes in translating real work experience into clear, accurate positioning that aligns with how employers screen candidates and make hiring decisions. 


Karen works with professionals across corporate, nonprofit, and workforce development settings, including exempt and non-exempt talent, managers, and executives navigating job search, role change, or re-entry. Her experience spans industries such as biotech, technology, manufacturing, operations, and professional services. 


Her approach is practical and grounded in real job searches, real resumes, and real interviews. Karen brings clarity to LinkedIn search behavior, skills alignment, resume structure, and interview preparation, helping individuals communicate their experience with confidence and credibility. 


Karen’s expertise in professional communication is informed by more than 20 years in marketing roles at entrepreneurial startups in the San Francisco Bay Area. In these roles, clear messaging and audience alignment resulted in business and revenue growth.
