Job Readiness & Career Coaching
We deliver demand-driven job readiness training designed to equip participants with the skills and confidence to secure and retain employment in priority, in-demand industries. Services include resume and LinkedIn development, interview preparation, and individualized job search strategies aligned with local labor market needs.
Participants gain work-ready documents that meet employer standards, practice interviewing to overcome barriers to employment, strengthen their digital presence for networking, and apply targeted job search methods that lead to measurable outcomes, job placement, retention, and increased earnings.
Soft Skills Training
Our programs integrate core employability skills that include communication, teamwork, collaboration, critical thinking, problem-solving, time management, and professionalism. Identified by employers as essential across priority industries. These competencies are embedded throughout training to ensure participants are fully workforce ready.
